jones_wilsonWilson Jones brings the perspective of an innovation leader within the advanced manufacturing industry.  He is the president and chief executive officer of Oshkosh Corporation, a position he was appointed to in January 2016. Jones first joined the company in 2005 and subsequently held positions in the airport products, fire & emergency, and access equipment divisions, where he accelerated global expansion and new product development. Jones was named chief operating officer and first given the title of president in August 2012.  Overall, he has worked in specialty vehicle manufacturing for more than 25 years.  Jones holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of North Texas.

 

 

 

hulce_sharonSharon Hulce brings the perspective of a thought leader in the employment and recruiting industry.  She is president and CEO of Employment Resource Group Inc. in Appleton, Wis., and a 20-year professional within the executive-search industry.  Hulce is considered one of the top 75 recruiters in the country through her membership in The Pinnacle Society.  She also is recognized for her understanding of the emotional intelligence, competencies, knowledge and social interaction necessary to successfully integrate new hires into a corporate culture.  Hulce holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration-personnel from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.

 

 

 

dickman_craigCraig Dickman brings the perspective of an experienced entrepreneur and start-up business executive.  He is the founder of Breakthrough Fuel in Green Bay, Wis., and today serves as its CEO and chief innovation officer.  Dickman currently is involved in more than 10 companies and says that he is almost always looking for the next start-up opportunity.  He also is an inventor, holding two patents for energy management, with additional patents pending.  Dickman holds a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.
