Gregory Frederic is a self-taught award winning artist, guest speaker, live painter, mentor and muralist hired by many organizations, including The Green Bay Packers. After becoming a well-known mural painter in Haiti, he relocated to Wisconsin and continues adding to his list of satisfied collectors. His unique masterpieces can be seen at Appleton Public Library, Northeast Wisconsin Technical College, Austin Straubel Airport and at many fine art galleries.
He is a member of the Wisconsin Alliance of Artists & Craftspeople, National Association of Independent Artists, Mosaic Arts Inc. and a former board member of The Artgarage in Green Bay. He teaches various art classes to aspiring artists with disabilities as an instructor for ARTS For ALL Wisconsin and often teaches from his own studio in Suamico.
Entertainment provided by Nick Gonnering – a local singer-songwriter and performer. Nick focuses his efforts on being a productive member of the Musical community in northeast Wisconsin by helping organize original music events to showcase area artists and to further develop the local artistic community. Drawing inspiration from Neo Soul, Bluegrass, Funk, and rock music, Nick fuses styles and techniques to create powerful, insightful, and inspiring original music.
Annually, New North, Inc. hosts a regional summit event to bring together the business, education and community leaders from around the region and state to connect with network contacts, share economic development updates and more. Each year, the New North Summit draws nearly 700 attendees. In a recent poll, over 90% of attendees who attended the New North Summit reported the valuable networking opportunities was a significant reason for attending the summit.

New North has hosted an annual New North Summit each year since its inception. Each year, New North’s creative team works to develop a theme for the event that connects to relevant business and economic themes of the current year.
