Hulce holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration-personnel from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
Craig Dickman brings the perspective of an experienced entrepreneur and start-up business executive. He is the founder of Breakthrough Fuel in Green Bay, Wis., and today serves as its CEO and chief innovation officer. Dickman currently is involved in more than 10 companies and says that he is almost always looking for the next start-up opportunity.
